Shipping Policy
Our beautiful softcover books are processed and fulfilled via a third party US printer (Lulu.com). Each book is printed “on-demand” which adds time to the printing and fulfillment process. Softcover books can take up to 4 weeks to receive from the date you order.
Because the books are shipped from a third party, we are unable to offer free shipping on softcover book orders.
Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for a different version of our book.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date it was purchased.
IMPORTANT: We cannot issue refunds once the order is placed. Because this is a print on-demand service, each order initiates an automated process which prints and ships books. If after 30 days of receiving the book you still want a refund, you will be asked to return it to us in the same condition it was shipped. Upon receipt of the book, we will issue a full refund minus the cost of shipping.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging if possible. (Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for books damaged during shipping. We take great care to ensure our books are packaged so they are not damaged during shipping, so if a book(s) arrives damaged, you must work with the USPS for a refund.)
To request a refund please contact us at admin@gonedogs.com to let us know you wish to return your book(s) and provide the reason for the return. We will provide you with a mailing label you may use to return the book(s).
Once we receive the book undamaged, we will issue a refund for the full cost of the book minus the cost of shipping.
