Shipping Policy
All hardcover book orders are lovingly fulfilled from our kitchen table in Charlotte, NC. We package and ship books a couple of times a week via USPS Media Mail. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive tracking information via the email you provided with your order.
Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for a different version of our book.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date it was purchased.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging if possible. (Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for books damaged during shipping. We take great care to ensure our books are packaged so they are not damaged during shipping, so if a book(s) arrives damaged, you must work with the USPS for a refund.)
To request a refund please contact us at [email protected] to let us know you wish to return your book(s) and provide the reason for the return. We will provide you with a mailing label you may use to return the book(s).
Once we receive the book undamaged, we will issue a refund for the full cost of the book minus the cost of shipping.
